Dropped off my lawn mower that every single year we struggle to get it going. Sam the owner took the time to show me that it’s a plastic carburetor that gets clogged easily and now we don’t struggle every mowing season

Brought my electric mower in to have the blades sharpened. Since they weren't very busy they took care of me right away. The blades are very sharp and they even cleaned the underside and the housing. It looks and works great.

I brought my mower in because it would not start reliably and needed proper diagnosis. I approved a tune-up and a new battery. After pickup, the mower would not crank on its own and would only start with carb spray or when jumped from my car (with the car not running). The blades were not sharpened despite being included in the tune-up. I also noticed an oil leak that was not addressed. I tested the battery that was installed and it drops below 10 volts under load. The mower starts immediately when jumped, which indicates the battery is defective or was not properly charged. When I contacted the shop, I was told the mower was a “lemon” and that I likely damaged the battery by jump-starting it, which is not accurate. Instead of replacing the battery they installed, they only offered a refund and declined to stand behind their work. The mower left their shop unable to start on its own. Would not recommend.
